What every bill is checked for
Findings are guidance with evidence, never a verdict. You decide what to do; we show you where to look.
- Every line, subtotal and total is added up again, in whole cents.
- Usage × price on each line, and tax at the rate the bill states.
- What went up and down since your last bill, split into price changes and usage changes.
- New fees that appeared, and discounts or credits that quietly disappeared.
- Meter readings that do not match the usage charged, or do not continue from last time.
- Billing periods that overlap, so the same days are not paid twice.
- The same bill or invoice sent to you twice.
- Changed bank details, look-alike senders and other signs of invoice fraud.
Simple pricing with the credits you already own
25 credits per bill
25 ECOSOFT credits equal $0.25 at the official rate, excluding bonus credits, which lower the cost further. Every 5 pages count as one bill: 1 to 5 pages cost 25 credits, 6 to 10 pages cost 50 credits, and so on. Bills that cannot be read are never charged.
Comparing bills is always free. You only pay for new bills.
